Guide to Submission
- The conference abstract must not have been published before, and it must be submitted electronically to [email protected]
A maximum of 250 words should be used in the abstract (oral or poster presentation).
The abstract should have the following headings: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and (4-6) Keywords, in accordance with the format of structured abstracts.
Important Dates
- Abstract submission start on 20 January 2025
- Abstract submission due to 10 March 2025
- Acceptance notification: 20 March 2025
- Conference Date: 11-12 April 2025
Registration and accommodation
- AlNoor University will cover all registration fees and accommodations for researchers with accepted abstracts.
Publication
- Accepted Abstracts will be published in the conference book.
- The conference committee will not respond to publishing accepted abstracts or full articles in scientific journals.
- Authors are also free to present their work in the journal mentioned below without conference responsibility.
